This is a affordable housing design study employs sustainable design principles and allows for home ownership with private gardens in a park-like setting in an urban enviornment. It employs new-urbanist planning principles to create an affordable and livible community with minimal impact on existing infrastructure. Sustainable design features include sun shades at windows, passive ventilation, rainwater collection for landscape irrigation and high roofs.
